As an English Teaching Assistant, Activity Leader, and Invigilator for Cambridge exams at the British Council Romania, I’ve gained extensive experience in supporting adults, focusing on applications and practicing English for interviews and international conferences.

My 12 years of corporate experience at H&M Sales Market East have allowed me to contribute significantly to crafting onboarding materials for new employees, guiding them on their career paths while strengthening my ability to work with diverse stakeholders across Europe.

Additionally, I have acquired invaluable experience with the IB curriculum for PYP, MYP, and DP levels, emphasizing the importance of students as active participants in the learning process.

Driven by a passion for understanding the impact of reading on adolescent personality development, my master’s thesis explored how engaging with literature shapes cognitive, emotional, and social aspects of teenagers’ personalities.
